First of all, it's great to meet you guys!  Can you tell us a little about your band, TRASHED IDOLS?

We all have been playing a long time, Kris and I have been friends for almost 20 years, Our goal with TI has always been just to have fun, keep it true and always lookout for each other, we wanted to bring back and old punk sound in an oversaturated pop punk market.

You guys are about to release an e.p. How is it coming along so far? What can we expect?

We just finished recording at Riot Riot studios, along with the help of Daniel Dart and Donal Finn, The CD sounds really good, We've worked with Daniel And Donal before, its always a good time. There are some good pit songs, some classic punk songs, We just write and sing about what we see everyday and some of the things we go through, after all it is Hollywood, never a dull moment.

Speaking of the e.p...For this release you guys' have teamed up with the newly born, Drop-Out Records.  How did this come about?

Daniel has been a good friend for a while, He has been working hard at starting up Dropout, he just came by one afternoon and laid it on the line, were looking forward to working with him. Thanks D!!

Very shortly you will be playing with the legendary Duane Peters and the U.S. Bombs.  To date, what has been your favorite show to play? Why?

All the shows have been great, its hard to narrow it down, I know we’re all really looking forward to playing with the Bombs, they have always been a favorite. The Stitches and Smogtown are on the bill as well, that show is tonight, were all excited and ready to go tear it up.

Sadly I have never had a chance to see you guys' live.  What can the fans expect from a Trashed Idols show?
Alot of energy, we always put out our best at shows, we wanna make sure people have a good time and leave saying "damn, that was a good show."

Completely side-tracking: Anything embarrasing ever happen on the stage?

Nothing to crazy.

You have a few tracks right now up on your Myspace page that are really good (and downloadable kids!).  What inspires you to write your songs?  Where does the influence come from for your music?

We mainly write about things that are going on or have happened in our lives, things that bother us or things we would like to see changed in the world. We try to keep it really personal and not just tell storys we know nothing about.

What does the future hold for the Trashed Idols?

We start touring in July, and plan to keep going the rest of the year, start working on the next album, along with the help of Dropout Records just make it a kick ass year. Weve been talking about some European dates early next year as well. Whatever happens, we'll never stop!!!!!

Thanks again for the interview Kris! You certainly snagged yourself a Canadian fan and I wish you guys all the best in the future!  One last question, you know where I can find a handsome and damn cool punk rock artist?

Pick Me Pick Me!! Thanks for the interview.......Up The Punx!!!!!!!
